WASHINGTON – Today, the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party held a hearing titled China’s Economic Espionage and Subnational Influence in the United States.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Representative Ro Khanna (D-CA-17), Ranking Member of the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party, and Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) introduced new legislation to ensure foreign investments made in the United States actually benefit American workers, while preventing the President from self-dealing.

WASHINGTON – Today, Ranking Member Ro Khanna and Chairman John Moolenaar of the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party sent a bipartisan letter to Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick urging the Department of Commerce to uphold longstanding strong trade enforcement practices to prevent bad actors, like China, from harming domestic manufacturers.
