Whistleblowers or other individuals who have information that may be of interest to the Select Committee (Democratic staff) should contact us at sccdems.whistleblower@mail.house.gov.

To better protect your communications, please do not contact us using work resources and instead contact us using personal resources. You may submit a disclosure anonymously. However, please be aware that anonymous disclosures may limit our ability to respond to the information that you provide.

We respect your confidentiality, and we will use your contact information only to follow up with you regarding your submission. Various laws prohibit retaliation against certain whistleblowers for providing information to Congress. However, you still take serious risks when you report allegations of wrongdoing. We recommend that you consult an attorney experienced in whistleblower law for further guidance. Do not submit classified information by email or other unauthorized channels and instead contact Ranking Member Krishnamoorthi’s Select Committee staff at (202) 225-2489 to make appropriate arrangements.
