Ranking Member Krishnamoorthi Statement on Mid-Autumn Festival

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL), Ranking Member of the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the U.S. and CCP, today released the following statement celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival.

“I would like to wish all who celebrate around the world a happy Mid-Autumn Festival,” said Ranking Member Krishnamoorthi. “Today, on the night of the Mid-Autumn Festival, which marks the moon being at its fullest and brightest size, we take this time to celebrate our communities and give thanks for our families and loved ones. The Mid-Autumn Festival is also a traditional celebration of the harvest. May this year’s harvest bring you all success, prosperity, and good health, and bring the people of the world closer together.”
