MEDIA ADVISORY: Select Committee to Hold Hearing on How China is Cornering the Market on Our Health

WASHINGTON – The House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party will hold a hearing titled From the Science Lab to the Medicine Cabinet: How China is Cornering the Market on Our Medicines. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 18 at 10:00 A.M. in 390 Cannon House Office Building.

The following witnesses will provide testimony: 

• Dr. Marta E. Wosińska, Senior Fellow – Economic Studies, Center on Health Policy at Brookings
• Mr. Patrick Cashman, President, USAntibiotics
• Mr. Francisco Gimenez, Partner, 8VC
