MEDIA ADVISORY: Select Committee to Hold Hearing on China’s Campaign to Steal America’s AI Edge

WASHINGTON – The House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party will hold a hearing titled China’s Campaign to Steal America’s AI Edge. The hearing will be held on Thursday, April 16 at 11:00 A.M. in 390 Cannon House Office Building.

The following witnesses will provide testimony: 

• Dr. Kyle Chan, Fellow, Brookings Institution
• Mr. Dmitri Alperovitch, Chairman, Silverado Policy Accelerator
• Mr. Yusuf Mahmood, Director of AI and Emerging Technology, America First Policy Institute
