Krishnamoorthi Releases Statement on TikTok Executive Order

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Ranking Member Raja Krishnamoorthi of the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the U.S. and the CCP issued the following statement regarding President Trump's TikTok executive order. 

“We need to save TikTok. And the TikTok Divestiture Law is designed to do just that. By following the law, we can force ByteDance to sell to an owner who is not controlled by the Chinese Communist Party or any other foreign adversary. ByteDance divesting remains the only real solution to protect our national security and guarantee Americans access to TikTok.”
